Return Policy

Defective or Incorrectly Shipped items only

Yoskin offers a 7-DAY exchange policy for DEFECTIVE and INCORRECTLY SHIPPED items, upon receipt of order.

However we do not entertain return request for 'Change of Mind' items. You can choose to exchange the items OR refund of cash via bank transfer. 

Please note that returns are subjected to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Item must be in its original receipt condition, packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
  2. Items purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set. We do not accept returns of single item purchased in sets.
  3. This return policy does not apply to items, which have been stated as Non-exchangeable or Non-returnable.

For returns, please email us at admin@yoskin.com with your order number and information on the affected item.
Returned items must meet the requirements above.

Allergic Reaction
If you have experienced an allergic reaction with any of our products, please report the issue via email at admin@yoskin.com within 14 DAYS of receipt of item.

  1. Please include a detailed description of what occurred along with the images so we can process a refund for your purchase. 
  2. In certain instances, a medical certificate may be requested to identify if it is the product that caused the allergic reactions. 
  3. This is to help us improve further with communicating the problems with our suppliers.  

Yoskin will only refund to you via bank transfer after we have received the goods that you intend to return and all the required documents for refund have been submitted to us. Please submit all required documents within 7 days upon receipt of your order.

How do I exchange / refund items

1. Send us an email at admin@yoskin.com to request for a return, include the following: 

  • Order number
  • Reason for return 
  • Picture of the faulty items

2. Once we have approved your request, pack all the return items, along with the invoice securely in a box/mailing package. Please bubble wrap the item if it is fragile.

3. Go to local post office, or another courier, to ship the package. Return address for the package is as below:


4. You will need to email us the following after:

  • Tracking number from post office or couriers 
  • Receipt for delivery fee 
  • Bank account
  • Contact number 

5. For EXCHANGE cases we will proceed to mail you the exchange items once we received your returned items. Your shipping fee compensation will be done via bank transfer.

6. For REFUND cases we will proceed with refund once we received your returned item. Your shipping fee and order refund will be done via bank transfer.

Clearance stock items are non-returnable.
